Safety first. Please share gate codes and pet notes in the app. We’ll only enter when it’s safe, and we’ll always close gates behind us.
What happens after the cleanup—where does the waste go?
We double-bag and remove waste per your service setup. If you prefer we place it in your outdoor bin, just note it in your instructions.
